C-Cor Inc. (CCBL) is soaring this morning on news that the company will by purchased by Arris Group (ARRS) for $13.75 per share. PetroChina (PTR) is also in the green after confirmation that the company will be able to list shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Standard Pacific Corp. (SPF) is falling this morning after announcing the cancellation of its quarterly dividend. Harman Intl. (HAR) is also to the downside on news that the $8 bln dollar leveraged buyout of the company will not go through.
