Toddo asked for a picture of perspective, which is what the sector bell curve provides, so here you are. This simply shows where the average sector bullish percent reading is along a bell curve. Remember, anything above 70% and above for a bullish percent reading is considered high risk. The bell curve doesn't tell us how long high risk conditions will remain in effect, but it does tell us where we are with respect to field position.
Below the current sector bell curve is the sector bell curve from March 17 of this year. As you can see, the field position was quite different then.
