Vote: Are Wall Street CEOs Overpaid?

We want to hear what you think!

Lehman Brothers (LEH) gave CEO Richard Fuld a 17 percent raise to $40.5 million in 2006, a year in which Lehman posted record profits. Fuld received a $750,000 salary, plus a $6.3 million cash bonus, $10.9 million of restricted stock, and $10 million in options, plus $12.5 million from a long-term incentive plan.

Lehman had higher profits than ever before. So, is the better part of $41 million what the captain of the ship is worth? Or has Wall Street compensation gotten out of control? We want to know what you think.
