Hmmm, survey time

Ok, I admit it. I have actually spent a solid amount of time today going through the charts. What I found after the review of over 1,000 charts today is that they still agree. The markets are stuck in the twilight zone and better get a movin' off this oversold position in the next week or it is going to be worked off and the path of least resistance near-term would be lower. The only argument that I can think of right now in the uncertain economic (Oil - Venezuela, Iraq), corporate (retail sales - WMT) and geo-political (Iraq, Venezuela and N. Korea) environment for a rally is that the tape is oversold and due for a technical bounce. Remove that, and...well...uhh...hmmmm.

And there you have it. So in the absence of any real news today or meaningful market action lets do a survey asking the question - What is the single best new year's resolution as we head into 2003? Please send responses to .
