A Naked Bear!

By

Nice trade, kid!

Back in black, I hit the sack
I've been too long I'm glad to be back
Yes, I'm let loose, from the noose
That's kept me hanging about

(AC/DC)

Alright, sports fans, it's about that time. The Menagerie just wandered into my office with their bags packed for a long stay on the left coast (uh oh!) All this confidence has me a bit worried but, fear not Monsieur Cohodes, I will not waver in my commitment to excellence. We want the Titans...we need the Titans...we'll toast the Titans!

While I've surely been loud on the bear case of late, I'm going to get a little naked before my flight to the left coast. New readers--don't worry...that's just Toddo speak for removing my metaphorical costume. The imagery was initiated a ways higher and, consistent with my stick and move style, I'm gonna take the trade. Am I early? Heck...I'm always early.

The traction in the financials is intriguing to me and while I'm not ready to dust off the bull suit (did I just say that?), I'm happy to stuff the fur back in the closet. It's a three day weekend and I've got an A.F.C championship on my plate--it's time to focus. I always urge the readership to work to live (not live to work) and, consistent with my New Year's resolutions, I'm gonna practice what I preach.

For those of you stickin' it out, remember that markets that are heavy all day tend to end that way. If Snapper doesn't peek his beak out soon, I'd be surprised if he did so into the close. Of course, it's expiration and if we know anything, it's that we know truly nothing!

I'll try to post from the road but if I can't, allow me to take this time to wish all my fellow Minyans a happy, safe and relaxing respite. It's been a nutty week...enjoy your time off and don't waste it thinking about these flickering ticks. At the end of the day, the time you spend with your family and friends will dictate your true happiness. Money? It's just a means to an end.

Have a peaceful weekend.
