Regurgitation Station

May peace be with you!

I'm jammin' seven ways till Sunday, Minyans, but I didn't want you to think I forgot about ya. There's a shvitzload to digest and I'm still chewing through the information. Maybe I'm eating a silly sandwich, but my sense is that the JP Morgan (JPM:NYSE)/Bank One (ONE:NYSE) mega-merger is much "toppier" than tech bellwethers missing their whispers. As it stands, the four-letter freaks are lower (and the speaker phone has multiple personalities) but the games have only just begun.

One last thing, IBM (IBM:NYSE) announced that they moved up their reporting date to tomorrow morning (was scheduled for the 20th). Big blue has been black and blue so, naturally, the chatter is that they're gonna defend themselves. I'm not involved in the name (and have no edge) but I thought you should know.

Pass the Cold-Eze, Fokker, and fire up another pot of coffee. It's gonna be a long one!

Have a peaceful night.
