  • Tuesday, December 25: This day marks the Christmas Truce in 1914.
  • Wednesday, December 26: Investors will be greeted by the Case-Shiller Housing Report, while on this day in 1946, Bugsy Siegel opened the Flamingo Hotel.
  • Thursday, December 27: Reports on new home sales, consumer confidence, and jobless claims will be released. Today also marks the 80th anniversary of Radio City Music Hall, which opened its doors for the first time in 1932.
  • Friday, December 28: PMI and pending home sales will be reported. For all you movie buffs out there, the first ever commercial movie was screened on this day in 1895.
