The market looks to bounce back from a déjà vu sell-off… and Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT) wants a place at your Thanksgiving celebration. Black Friday keeps getting earlier and earlier. Wal-Mart is moving the start of its Black Friday sales to Thursday evening, starting at 8:00 p.m. local time… and the lines are likely to form earlier than that.

Some positive earnings reports could help get the market back on track. Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) posted a 20% increase in quarterly earnings and issued an upbeat outlook. The maker of some of the key technology that goes into the Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone 5 and other mobile devices says it has worked through its supply problems.

Activision (NASDAQ:ATVI) has its game on. The maker of the Call of Duty and World of Warcraft video games said its adjusted earnings doubled from a year ago.
