MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL Today the S&P 500 (INDEXSP:.INX) is down .54% to 1433.78 as of 2:15 p.m. EDT. Contributing to this loss is petroleum refiner Tesoro Corp. (NYSE:TSO), which fell 6.15% to $38.47 per share on news of falling gas prices in California. Another major market mover is FedEx (NYSE:FDX), which gained 4.62% to $89.53 per share due to its target of achieving $1.7 billion in incremental profit by 2016. Today’s big winner is Yum Brands (NYSE:YUM), which rose by 7.56% to $71.06 per share thanks to a positive earnings report this quarter.
