The E-mini S&P 500 Futures Contract (ES) opened virtually unchanged and between S1 and the pivot. It moved down very slowly, eventually reaching S1. The first attempt at moving past S1 saw the ES bounce a couple of points, pause and then head higher. It didn't get close to the pivot before the rise stopped. The ES finished the day little changed.
The range for the day was 10.25 points.
The levels for today are:
R3 = 1426.75
R2 = 1416.5
R1 = 1411
Pivot = 1406.25
S1 = 1400.75
S2 = 1396
S3 = 1385.75
