Investors exchanged 3.74 million
shares of SPDR S&P 500 ETF,
which was up $0.20, or 0.13%.
Investors traded 1.81 million
shares of Bank of America,
which was down $0.01, or 0.08%. Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan stated that he wants his bankers to lend more
aggressively to businesses.
Investors also traded 1.71 million shares of SPDR Gold Trust
, which was down $2.50, or 1.55%. Gold has continued its drop in price after the Federal Reserve minutes stated yesterday that several concerned members wish to end bond-buying before the end of 2013.
