. Hewlett-Packard announced
this morning that software company Autonomy, which Hewlett-Packard acquired last year, misrepresented its financial performance as the acquisition deal was taking place. Hewlett-Packard will take an $8.8 billion write-down.

SPDR S&P 500 ETF, which was down $0.24, or 0.17%.
