Research In Motion and Groupon Among Most Active Stocks in Nasdaq Pre-Market

MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the Nasdaq (INDEXNASDAQ:.IXIC) were Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM), Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN), and Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) as of 9:20 a.m. EST.

Investors exchanged 1,678,848 shares of Research In Motion, which was up $0.36, or 3.75%. According to Forbes, Jeffries analyst Peter Misek upgraded RIM to hold from underperform and increased the price target from $5 to $10.

Investors traded 868,875 shares of Groupon, which was up $0.35, or 11.43%.

Investors also traded 776,276 shares of Sirius XM Radio, which was up $0.01, or 0.37%.
