|ES Support and Resistance for November 15|
By Dennis Coleman NOV 15, 2012 8:07 AM
The E-mini S&P 500 Futures Contract (ES) opened higher than the previous close and in the area of the pivot. It had been higher in the overnight session than it was in the pre-market. The trading at the pivot was very brief with the ES continuing its downward move after the open. Once it reached S1, it paused. The initial move off S1 was a bounce. This was followed by the ES moving sideways. The afternoon saw the ES begin to move down. It stopped at S2 before dipping below and then testing S2 from below as the ES moved into the close.
The range for the day was 28.25 points.
The levels for today are:
R3 = 1416.5
R2 = 1388.25
R1 = 1370.75
Pivot = 1360
S1 = 1342.5
S2 = 1331.75
S3 = 1303.5
