In a few weeks, some 130 million taxpayers around the country will have some decisions to make as tax rebate checks of up to $600 per person begin arriving in their mailboxes. The checks are part of the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, designed to help kickstart sluggish consumer spending. The question is, How are we going to be spending our tax rebates?
