		Quarterlife Canceled after just one airing, this former online series taught executives a valuable lesson: What works as brief Internet vignettes doesn't always work as a full-length network series.

		Twenty Good Years Essentially Grumpy Old Men: The Show, this out-of-touch series found countless way to squander the considerable talents of stars John Lithgow and Jeffrey Tambor.

		Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip Creator Aaron Sorkin overproduced this self-indulgent look behind the scenes of a fictional sketch comedy show. And at $3 million per episode, NBC proved it knew as much about budgeting as Sorkin knew about comedy.

		The Real Wedding Crashers If America's Funniest Videos is any indication, wedding hijinks can be a goldmine. But a hidden-camera show with actors pretending to ruin couples' nuptials was more like a visit to the salt mines.
