But it's not really a loss: The Donald sold his Palm Beach mansion to a Russian fertilizer billionaire for $95 million on Tuesday - more than double what he paid for the property.
Ever humble, Trump told the Palm Beach Post, "I love breaking records, and this is a record."
And he's not just trying to be showy. The $95 million sale is believed to be the largest ever for a single-family house in the United States.
The buyer, Dmitry Rybolovlev, is the world's 59th wealthiest billionaire, according to Forbes. The Palm Beach Post reported that Rybolovlev may tear down the property and build a new mansion on the property - which seems slightly less than economical.
Maybe he'll settle for a full lawn makeover (courtesy of his company's fertilizer) and the addition of an all-vodka waterfall?
