Today is the second time in a week that the DUG has made a significant move up while crude took off like a rocket. Isn't an "ultrashort" supposed to track opposite whatever it's shorting?

DUG isn't a pure inverse of crude. It alsos short a number of energy shares. I believe it was Wednesday when Crude was up, but all energy shares fell which lifted DUG to mid $28.
